Overview

CBNCloud is the cloud computing brand of PT Cyberindo Mega Persada and one of the earlier cloud providers in Indonesia. I built its website, which does three jobs: explain the services, prove they can be trusted, and get a prospective customer talking to sales.

CBN Cloud

The challenge

Nobody buys a cloud server because a hero image looks good. Buyers come in skeptical. They want the data center tier, the SLA, the certifications and how support works before they fill in a form. A site that leads with slogans loses them.

There were two more constraints. The audience splits between Indonesian and English readers, and both need to find the site through search. And the marketing team publishes articles, events and promos on a steady schedule, so content is not a side feature; it is how the company gets found.

Approach

I put proof above the fold. The home page opens on the four things a buyer checks first: a Tier 3 data center, 24/7 support, scalability and a 99.8% SLA. Credentials like AWS Partner Network (Public Sector) and Acronis Gold Service Provider get their own page instead of a logo strip nobody reads.

For language, I chose locale-first routing over a client-side toggle. Every page lives under /id or /en, so each version is a real URL that search engines index and people can share. A toggle would have been faster to build and invisible to Google.

The stack follows the same logic. Next.js renders pages fast and keeps them SEO-friendly. Content and data come from a Golang service, which keeps the front end thin and gives marketing a stable source for everything they publish.

What I built

  • Bilingual site under /id and /en with a language switcher.
  • Home page built on the core value points, plus a banner carousel for partner products: Microsoft 365, cPanel, Proxmox, Google Workspace, Plesk and Coremail.
  • Product pages for Cloud Server and Support Service, each ending in a clear "Get Started" path.
  • About and achievements pages covering certifications and partner programs.
  • Content sections for articles, events, promos and announcements, with an article index on cloud and business tech.
  • A floating WhatsApp button so a visitor can reach support from any page without hunting for a contact form.

Details that mattered

  • Breadcrumbs and a structured article section, so long-form content builds organic traffic over time rather than sitting in a flat blog list.
  • One conversion path per product. Each product page asks for one thing, "Get Started", instead of competing calls to action.
  • WhatsApp over chat widgets. In Indonesia that is where people already talk to businesses, so it is the shortest route to sales.

Outcome

The site is CBNCloud's front door in both languages. Marketing publishes on it without engineering, the product pages each lead to sales, and every language version can be found and shared on its own.
