What is Hrnow ?
HRNow is a revolutionary recruitment platform that connects job seekers directly with companies, eliminating the need for intermediaries. Built with AI-powered matching and modern web technologies. Not only for job seekers, but also for companies to find the right candidates. Job seekers / Candidates can also train their interview/technical skills for job interview and analyze their resume to get the best job match.
Background
In 2025, Miracle & Peter, CEO & CTO of hrnow, personally experienced how exhausting job applications can be: submitting a CV, waiting weeks with no response, delayed interview schedules, repetitive questions in every session, and finally being “ghosted.” They also joined consulting services and met many HR professionals, but the process remained lengthy and lacked transparency. From there, Ray & Peter concluded: it’s not a lack of talent, but a process full of friction and bias.
Ray then discussed with Peter (CTO). They formulated a simple solution: connect candidates and companies directly, let AI filter CVs, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills with consistent rubrics, display scores & recordings for quick and reviewable decisions, and provide practice + badges for candidates to prepare before applying. Through several iterations, this concept was refined into HRNow—fast, objective, and transparent recruitment, so opportunities can quickly meet the right talent.
This aligns with hrnow’s mission: every job is always available, and we make the future of recruitment and job seeking easier, without intermediaries.
